Very good service from reception & staff also the Doctor was very thorough with the examination
and asking me questions in a two way conversation, the waiting room was very clean with lots of drinking water available

Very poor service. Could not get a GP appointment until end of January told to go to Whitegate Resource centre. Saw a nurse practitioner who told me to come back early next morning. Came back early next morning. No help offered or signposted to other services. No compassion or advice.

Visit was for my daughter! Treatment was provided with care. Staff were polite, would recommend!

Probably difficult to do given multiple clinics operate, but an estimate of wait times displayed would be great! Or the reception staff could advise on the estimated wait times as you book in?!
